Download a password-protected backup of your current linked chat, including photos, files, reactions and albums. Maximum 5,000 messages and 16 MB total. Life hub, vault documents and profile photos are not included.
Restore is only for this original account, the same partner and this server’s original key. Existing or deliberately deleted messages are not overwritten. This is not account recovery or cloud backup.
Keep your backup password safe: we cannot recover it. Anyone with the backup and password can read its contents. Store the download somewhere private.
Delete my account
Permanently removes your account, profile photo, all your chat histories and shared albums, plans, finances, check-ins, vault documents and calendar connections involving you—even from your partner’s app. Their account stays, unlinked. Previously downloaded copies and administrator backups are not erased by this action.
Your account must already have partner recovery enabled. Your partner approves in their own Profile, security & backup settings. No email or SMS is sent. Keep this window open until you finish.

Shared notes and coordinates are encrypted at rest, not end-to-end. They remain in chat and downloaded backups until removed; your partner may save a copy. Remove a shared message using its chat menu. Captured locations older than five minutes must be captured again.

“Acknowledged” means your partner pressed the acknowledgment button—not that emergency help is on its way. Only the sender can mark an SOS resolved. Restoring a backup does not reactivate old alerts.
Off until you enable them on this browser and grant permission. Notifications say only “New activity — Open the app to view privately.” They never show names, message contents, photos, coordinates, amounts or activity types. Your browser/OS may still show this website’s identity on the lock screen.

Signing out disables this browser’s registration. Credential changes revoke older registrations. Push uses your browser vendor’s service, which can observe delivery metadata, but receives no chat content from this app. Turning alerts off here does not revoke the browser’s permission; use site settings for that.
Alerts are best-effort, never emergency delivery guarantees. Device settings, connection, browser suspension and permission changes can prevent them. On iPhone/iPad, supported Home Screen web apps are needed for Web Push. No chats are cached for offline use by this notification worker.
Plan a night, bring snacks, and keep your private chat close. Both partners open Movie date and join the same plan. YouTube supports approximate shared play/pause/position. OTT uses title links and a shared countdown—not screen sharing.
Our movie nights
No automatic calendar booking or reminder is sent. Plans are encrypted at rest, not end-to-end, and excluded from chat backups. Deleting an account removes shared movie plans.
Leave your partner a thoughtful reminder. They can mark it done or snooze it for 10 minutes. You can edit or remove the ones you send.

Due reminders appear here while the app is open. Browser alerts are optional: enable Shared activities in Private browser notifications. Alerts show only “New activity”, never your reminder text. Closed-app delivery needs the server notification worker and push setup; delivery is best-effort, not an emergency alarm.
One-time reminders only. Text is encrypted at rest, not end-to-end; due times are scheduling metadata. Reminders are excluded from chat backups and removed when you unlink or either account is deleted.
